We are now going into the second of a six year probation. Adjusting to being a family again is a slow process.
Probation was doubled based on a prior arrest in 1996 when Zvi provided medical marijuana to one of our club members (Medical Cannabis Advocates of Key West.)

The appeal was based on the probable cause for searching the vehicle is as follows 1. a bible in plain view 2. an angel bumper sticker on the bumper 3. the vehicle had a strong odor of a cleaning product (i.e.Simple Green).
